1. Processing & Handling Time

Domestic Orders: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our apparel products are custom designed and hand-printed in-house, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume collection drops.

International Orders: International orders are processed within the same 2–5 business day window before being handed over to our global carriers.

Note: Shipments are not packaged or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
3. International Shipping (Shopify Managed Markets)
We securely ship to international destinations using Shopify Managed Markets (powered by Global-e).

Duties & Taxes Included: All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all relevant import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are calculated and included directly in the product price or checkout total. You will not face any surprise fees or clearance bills upon delivery.

Carrier Rates: International transit times and live shipping rates are dynamically calculated by our global carrier network at checkout.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Hardware City Skate is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the package as successfully delivered. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. For packages arriving visibly damaged, please take photos and reach out to us at [Your Support Email Address] immediately.
